Farms & Land

Flipping farms kind of became our ‘temporary’ specialty on accident. We were looking for one of two things: Our dream property that we could retire on or move to where Mrs. Kapper could transfer her job or a temporary place to live.  A place we could have some acreage to live on, but fix up the home and farm while we lived there and ultimately sell it to keep moving towards our final dream farm to live and retire on. Here is a look at  properties that we bought & sold over the last decade in the pursuit of our ultimate resting place, which is now our Southern Illinois farm.   We have great acreage in our backyard and can still commute to a couple of major cities in two states within a half hour.
