If there is one thing I’ve learned the hard way it’s that trying to do a job with the wrong equipment (and often just back labor) is a losing proposition! Join me on the journey from my very first tractor, to the Kioti NX6010 and the Bobcat E42 Mini Excavator. I have owned 2 John Deere models, one 1952 Ford 8n, and now the Kioti. Money is always an issue, but through many 0% financing programs I’ve been able to get the right equipment and have never looked back. A tractor is a ‘must have’ piece of equipment if you are going to consider owning land. A mini excavator is a ‘near’ must have especially for larger properties, propeties with a lot of hills and water run offs, properties with ponds or waterways and for a property that you really want to make some serious changes to!
